Identifying a Reproduction

Pictured above is legitimate Cheetah.

Above is a zoomed in picture of the same legitimate Cheetah.


Above is one of the 24 higher quality reproductions.
Notice the larger Cheetah letters.
There is no "TM" after the word Cheetah.
After the word "WHEELS" there is a Circle-R instead of a "TM"
These were created in Red, Blue, Aqua, Green, Purple and White Enamel.


Above is one of the lesser quality reproductions.
Notice the poorly formed Cheetah letters.
The small Circle-R from a Python remains after the word Cheetah.

The ones seen so far all modified a production Python chassis with the Circle-R after the words "HOT WHEELS"
There are early run Pythons, with a TM after the "HOT WHEELS" and someday one of those will surely be used to make repros.
Even then, the Cheetah lettering will never be an exact match.
